Cette maison construite dans les ann\u00e9es 60 par l\u2019architecte moderniste Jaime Sanfuentes, qui collabora un temps avec Richard Neutra, exemplifie son style. Les poutres de b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 qui encadrent les pergolas en Pin Oregon et d\u2019autres qui semblent flotter au dessus de la piscine sont une des signatures du style Sanfuentes, de m\u00eame que les grandes baies vitr\u00e9es qui ouvrent l\u2019int\u00e9rieur sur le jardin.<\/i><\/i>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The renovation was oriented towards regaining the original brightness of the interior. Wherever possible plain glass panels were installed in order not to break the garden and swimming pool views with any bay window mechanism. La terraza<\/b> se agrando de manera a poder aprovechar el jard\u00edn a toda hora.\u00a0 La parte \u00ab\u00a0lounge\u00a0\u00bb se accede desde el living, y la parte comedor exterior desde la cocina. Una composici\u00f3n de velas sobrepuestas en varios planes completan la sombra de los a\u00f1osos Nogal y Acacio. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Despu\u00e9s de haber buscado sin excito muebles de terraza bellos y originales, termine por dise\u00f1arlos y mandar a hacerlos\u00a0: as\u00ed naci\u00f3 la l\u00ednea MB de Mei Line. Estos muebles de exterior-interior son manufacturados a pedido; de acero inoxidable con acentos de Ipe y cojines con fundas de lino, necesitan muy poca mantenci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La terrasse<\/b> fut agrandie de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir profiter du jardin \u00e0 toute heure, dans un pays ou l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 (durant lequel il ne pleut quasiment jamais) dure plus de 8 mois et o\u00f9 le soleil d\u2019hiver permet de d\u00e9jeuner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Une superposition de voiles en plusieurs plans d\u00e9cal\u00e9s compl\u00e8te l\u2019ombre du Noyer et de l\u2019Acacia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After having unsuccessfully searched for suitable outdoor furniture, I finally designed them myself and had them made, thus was born the MB range of Mei Line. The second extension includes a complete redesign of the kitchen area, greatly enlarging it and inserting it in the heart of the house. The kitchen is now linked to the dining \/bbq area of the terrace on one side, to a service patio on the other and most importantly to the den-play area by a bar that allows one to cook while attending the little crowd.
